A medium size mug with an Ankh carving.
The Ankh is considered one of the earliest and most popular hieroglyphic known symbols from ancient Egypt and symbolizes ‘Eternal Life’. It is also said that the loop on the ankh symbolizes the feminine or the womb, while the cross symbolizes the masculine.
This mug is glazed in Sandstone (white). The base has a beautiful carved symbol and has been sanded smooth so your surfaces will not get scratched.
Holds 350ml of liquid. Approx…Height 9cm x Width of body 9cm.
A unique handmade cup, great for any beverage. Dishwasher safe however I suggest hand washing for extended life.
