Postage – ZaMama only posts to Australia and we use Australia Post and Sendle. Extra insurance is possible with extra cost – please contact me via email when you make your order zamamajilli@gmail.com.

If you choose local pickup, you will be contacted by SMS to arrange a pick up time and place.

Breakages Terms and Conditions – In the unlikely event of breakage during delivery – please photograph immediately and keep packaging. You will need to notify me within 24 hours of delivery and email or text photos, so that I can contact the courier within the times frames they use for refund due to handling.

If you have sent the images with 24hours of delivery you can choose to be fully refunded or have your order replaced.
